Key Responsibilities
- Lead CIC Process Execution: Own the end‑to‑end workflow for the Customer Investigation Center, ensuring data is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered to internal stakeholders on time.
- Develop Methodologies & Prioritization Frameworks: Design and document standard operating procedures, prioritization models, and escalation paths that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.

Essential Qualifications
