Why This Role Matters
As an Enterprise Customer Engineer – Infrastructure Modernization, you will be the trusted technical advisor who guides our most strategic customers through complex migrations, modernizations, and cloud‑native transformations. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a senior technical consultant for enterprise customers, helping them define cloud strategies, migration pathways, and integration architectures that align with business objectives.
- Solution Design & Demonstration: Build and present proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), technical demos, and performance benchmarks that showcase the unique capabilities of arenaflex’s infrastructure services.
- Technical Enablement: Create repeatable assets—templates, playbooks, and reference architectures—that accelerate adoption for both customers and internal sales/engineering teams.
- Product Influence: Relay customer feedback and market insights to arenaflex product groups, shaping the future direction of our infrastructure offerings.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing, deploying, or supporting virtualization or cloud‑native architectures in a customer‑facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical presentations or public speaking engagements to diverse audiences.

- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
