Why This Role Matters

As a Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s 3P (third‑party) marketplace strategy for the United States market. You will identify high‑potential sellers, onboard them onto our platform, and help them thrive by providing data‑rich insights, best‑practice guidance, and strategic support. Your work will directly influence product selection, pricing, and the overall customer experience, making a tangible impact on arenaflex’s growth and on the success of our seller community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to uncover product gaps, seasonal trends, and emerging opportunities across multiple categories.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract high‑value sellers to the arenaflex platform.
  • Prospect, engage, and onboard new sellers through virtual sales calls, webinars, and targeted presentations.
  • Provide sellers with data‑driven recommendations on pricing, inventory management, and promotional tactics to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including category management, operations, and finance—to resolve seller issues and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in arenaflex’s internal systems, ensuring that product listings, pricing, and performance metrics are up‑to‑date.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics, delivering regular insights to senior leadership.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials, best‑practice guides, and seller enablement resources.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while meeting or exceeding quarterly performance targets.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office suite tools; experience with CRM or marketplace platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping new products succeed in competitive markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct e‑commerce experience, especially in seller acquisition or marketplace growth.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, fashion, or other high‑velocity product categories.
  • Background in direct sales or business development with a track record of building long‑term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Marketplace processes (knowledge transferable to arenaflex’s platform).
