We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager of Pricing Strategy to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our strategic initiatives. As the Manager of Pricing Strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of pricing and rebate programs and processes. This role requires strong program management capabilities, as you will work collaboratively across teams to ensure the smooth operation of pricing processes, address issues as they arise, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. You will also leverage your analytical skills to perform data management activities that support our pricing and rebate strategies. Key Responsibilities: Support the execution and management of pricing and rebate programs and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct analysis and data management activities to support pricing strategies, utilizing SAS/SQL as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of pricing initiatives. Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the pricing and rebate processes, conducting research to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Maintain ongoing communication with teams supporting the overall pricing program, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned. Develop and maintain documentation related to pricing processes, program management, and issue resolution. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance pricing strategies and improve overall program performance. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, program management, or a related field. Familiarity with SAS/SQL for data analysis and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups Extensive experience in a position requiring problem solving, problem analysis and creative solutions skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities Aptitude to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy-to-understand way Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Education Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional work experience required Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, economics or other data related fields preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
