We recommend applying as soon as possible. Where You Will Work: Remote role open to candidates residing in Washington (WA) or Oregon (OR). (Branches) Pay Range: The target hourly pay range for this position is $83,424 - $94,800. The full annual pay range is $75,840 - $113,760. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Job Overview: This position creates a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams while managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and secure top talent that aligns with the organization’s goals and values. Partners closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to develop innovative sourcing strategies, ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, and support workforce planning initiatives. Typically, this position is responsible for 15 to 30 job requisitions at a time. What You’ll Do: Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting in-take meetings, sourcing qualified candidates through a balanced source mix (e.g. passive, active, and referral candidate sources), screening applications, interviewing (e.g., phone, video, and in-person), coordinating assessments, leading scorecard calibration meetings, providing feedback to hiring managers, and facilitating hiring decisions for a wide range of positions in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner. Collaborates with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand business needs, define role requirements, conduct in-take meetings, and create effective, tailored recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates that align to workforce planning needs. Cultivates a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication, promoting credit union values and culture, and integrating DEI principles throughout all phases of the hiring process. Uses applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other workforce planning and project management tools to accurately manage candidate and recruitment pipeline, tags, offer letters, employee referrals, and records efficiently on a regular basis. Partners with cross-functional teams, including Onboarding Experience Partner, People Operations, and Total Rewards to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee, reinforcing a positive start to the employee experience. Monitors and analyzes full-cycle recruitment metrics and candidate feedback data, providing insights to leadership, recommending strategies to improve hiring process efficiency and effectiveness, and reporting on recruitment performance as requested. Provides guidance and training to hiring teams on recruitment best practices, including interview techniques, candidate assessments, and market trends. Leverages social media and professional networks for sourcing and recruitment purposes. Builds and maintains target talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles using sourcing tools and outreach strategies. Conducts initial candidate outreach and screening for passive candidates. Tracks and leverages sourcing metrics and labor market insights to inform recruiting strategies. Manages and promotes the employee referral program, including tracking referral activity and ensuring candidate follow-through. Delivers engaging employer brand content while enhancing networks and partnerships. Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. All other duties as assigned. When You'll Be Working: Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Qualifications: A minimum three (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preboarding. Bonus Points If You Have: Proficiency in Greenhouse applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study. What You’ll Bring: Skilled in recruitment best practices. Skilled in sourcing techniques and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to accurately use applicant tracking system (ATS) on a daily basis. Skilled in building effective, positive relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners across multiple time zones. Ability to deliver an excellent candidate experience. Skilled in written and verbal communication. Skilled in using social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes. Experience with inclusive hiring practices. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and equal opportunity. Skilled in project management. Ability to maintain timely, accurate records across various software tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Total Rewards: This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan. Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time. All benefits except 401k start the first of the month following date of hire. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
