Lifecycle Copywriter
We're partnering with a healthcare technology company to find a talented Lifecycle Copywriter. This is a Temp employment opportunity lasting around 6 months, and the role is hybrid in NYC. It's an exciting chance to support a company revamping their lifecycle marketing program with a focus on high-impact messaging. *Lifecycle Copywriter Responsibilities:* * Develop and enhance lifecycle messaging across critical customer journey stages, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and winback.
- Evaluate existing lifecycle communication flows and contribute to establishing new tone and copy standards for the program.
- Utilize customer insights and performance metrics to guide message strategy and optimize communication effectiveness.
- Partner with diverse teams to create and deploy innovative lifecycle campaigns.
- Maintain a focus on clarity, engagement, and conversion throughout all copy.
*Lifecycle Copywriter Qualifications:* * Proven expertise in crafting lifecycle marketing copy with a strong portfolio or track record.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling, clear messaging.
