We're partnering with a dynamic company operating in the media and entertainment industries to find a skilled Business Operations Lead in a 6 mos+ contract role. Hybrid role in Culver City, CA. The opportunity involves managing operational workflows, financial processes, and partner relationships within a complex streaming ecosystem. *Business Operations Lead Responsibilities:* * Oversee operational governance across multiple platform business lines, ensuring alignment with strategic plans

  • Serve as the central coordinator among cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and external rights organizations
  • Translate business strategies and agreements into effective operational workflows and execution plans
  • Lead financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure adherence to financial plans
  • Manage vendor strategy, develop statements of work, and optimize cost efficiency across the platform ecosystem

*Business Operations Lead Qualifications:* * Proven experience managing operational budgets, vendor spend, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong understanding of digital streaming business models such as AVOD, FAST, SVOD, and transactional video services across digital ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, contract compliance, and cross-functional workflows
  • Experience overseeing and executing partner reporting obligations, including revenue share and royalty reporting
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP or financial systems is preferred
