About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented individuals to serve as Customer Support Response Specialists for a cutting‑edge Driver Assistance Program. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for drivers who need help with safety services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands‑free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more. Whether the call involves simple navigation guidance or a high‑stress emergency, you will provide calm, accurate, and reassuring assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen attentively to each caller, assess the situation, and determine the appropriate solution.
  • Guide drivers through safety features, troubleshooting steps, and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain composure during high‑pressure incidents, offering reassurance and clear instructions.
  • Document interactions accurately in the system, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously update knowledge of program features, industry trends, and best‑practice support techniques.
  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish and/or French Canadian when applicable, ensuring seamless communication for non‑English speakers.
  • Adhere to scheduled availability, meeting the minimum hour commitments and performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native‑level English fluency is required. Bilingual candidates must demonstrate fluency in Spanish and/or French Canadian.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional service, preferably in a remote or call‑center environment.
  • Empathy & Communication: Ability to convey empathy, calmness, and confidence, especially during emergency calls.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, GPS tools, and troubleshooting utilities.
  • Problem‑Solving Skills: Quick decision‑making ability to assess situations and provide effective resolutions.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled hours.
  • Background Clearance: Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with driver assistance or automotive safety programs.
  • Experience handling emergency or crisis calls.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools such as ticketing systems, VoIP platforms, and CRM software.

Technical & Equipment Requirements

  • Quiet, uninterrupted workspace for the duration of each shift.
  • Broadband internet connection of at least 10 Mbps (wired preferred).
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
  • Up‑to‑date antivirus software.
  • Wired USB headset with a clear microphone (gaming headsets are not accepted).
  • Smartphone (Android or iOS) or tablet for authentication app installation.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive, performance‑based pay structure designed to reward both productivity and language expertise.

  • English‑only Contractors: $0.28 per customer‑interaction minute, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour. This translates to an effective hourly range of $12.60 – $16.80.
  • Bilingual Contractors (Spanish and/or French Canadian): $0.31 per interaction minute, with a 48‑minute minimum guarantee, yielding an effective hourly range of $14.88 – $18.60.
