Role Overview – Virtual Assistant (Live Chat) – Phone‑Centric

arenaflex is seeking motivated, communication‑savvy individuals to join our Remote Live Chat Team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our clients, handling live chat inquiries, providing product information, offering promotional discounts, and guiding shoppers through the sales journey—all from the convenience of your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Essential Qualifications

  • Stable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to commit to at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours based on personal schedule and demand.
