Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Engagement Specialist on the Professional Learning Team, you will be the face of arenaflex for teachers, administrators, and district leaders. Your energy, communication skills, and deep understanding of the K‑12 landscape will drive adoption, create enthusiastic “arenaflex champions,” and ultimately help more students receive the personalized help they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead District Workshops: Design and deliver dynamic, in‑person and virtual workshops that showcase the capabilities of arenaflex and generate excitement among educators.
  • Facilitate Teacher Enablement Sessions: Conduct training sessions that guide teachers and administrators through implementation best practices, ensuring smooth rollout at the classroom and site level.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key district champions, providing them with up‑to‑date resources, success stories, and ongoing support.
  • Grassroots Outreach: Expand our experiential teacher‑education model by organizing district‑wide events, webinars, and community‑building activities.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture insights from educators and relay them to product, marketing, and leadership teams to continuously improve the arenaflex experience.
  • Travel & On‑Site Presence: Attend district meetings, conferences, and school visits across the West Los Angeles region, representing arenaflex with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Essential Qualifications

  • Residency in the designated West Los Angeles area of California, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the K‑12 education ecosystem, including district structures, curriculum standards, and technology adoption cycles.
  • Strong public‑speaking abilities; comfortable presenting to large groups and facilitating interactive sessions.
  • Proficiency with laptop and smartphone tools for slide‑deck creation, virtual presentations, and cross‑functional communication.
  • Active use of arenaflex (formerly Twitter) and a keen awareness of emerging social‑media trends that influence educator communities.
  • High‑energy, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for engaging teachers, parents, and students.
  • Self‑starter mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading professional development initiatives within a school district.
  • Background in organizing virtual, gamified events that drive participation and learning.
  • Familiarity with data‑driven instructional tools and analytics platforms used by K‑12 educators.
