Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a data‑savvy, customer‑focused individual to join our support team on a full‑time, remote basis. You will become an expert on our product’s features, pricing, and integration capabilities, and you will act as a trusted advisor for merchants seeking custom reports, formula creation, and data visualisation guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret, and respond to inbound customer inquiries via arenaflex’s help‑desk tool (formerly HelpScout) with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide live‑chat support to high‑value customers, troubleshooting issues in real time.
  • Assist merchants in creating custom reports, building formulas, and scheduling automated data exports to arenaflex (formerly Google Sheets).
  • Investigate and explain report results, ensuring customers understand the insights derived from their data.
  • Answer questions about product features, capabilities, pricing structures, refunds, and general interface navigation.
  • Record concise, instructional videos that demonstrate specific functionalities of the arenaflex app, helping customers solve complex problems visually.
  • Occasionally author clear, user‑friendly documentation for new or existing features.
  • Participate in occasional phone or video calls with larger accounts to provide guided walkthroughs of advanced reporting capabilities.
