Core Mission

  • Deliver flawless, scalable eLearning experiences that inspire confidence and drive product mastery.
  • Serve as the single source of truth for customer insights, translating them into actionable product improvements.
  • Design flexible, agile learning programs that evolve with the needs of arenaflex’s diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own Every Day

Product Mastery & Thought Leadership

  • Develop an in‑depth, hands‑on understanding of arenaflex’s platform, becoming the go‑to subject matter expert for internal teams and external customers.
  • Stay current with every product release, feature update, and roadmap shift by attending regular product trainings and collaborating closely with Product Managers.
  • Partner with the Customer Onboarding Team to maximize product utilization, ensuring new users achieve quick wins and long‑term success.
  • Provide strategic support to the Customer Success (CS) team by creating reusable educational modules that address common use cases and workflow scenarios.
  • Assist the arenaflex Academy’s Product Education Team in developing complementary materials that reinforce core learning pathways.
  • Supply the Product Marketing team with field‑derived insights that shape messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.

eLearning Design & Delivery Excellence

  • Conceptualize, author, and produce high‑impact eLearning assets—including interactive courses, step‑by‑step documentation, video tutorials, live webinars, and micro‑learning interventions.
  • Leverage industry‑leading authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Intellum, Skilljar, Tovuti, or TalentLMS to create seamless learning journeys.
  • Design and launch certification programs that validate customer proficiency and showcase arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.
  • Continuously evaluate learner feedback, completion metrics, and assessment results to refine content for maximum engagement and knowledge retention.

Customer Engagement & Insight Generation

  • Host live webinar sessions, Q&A panels, and virtual workshops to directly address customer questions, gather real‑time feedback, and demonstrate best‑practice usage.
  • Actively listen to customer challenges, synthesize trends, and document actionable insights that inform product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales—to ensure a unified, customer‑centric approach to product development.

Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership

  • Monitor the effectiveness of all educational materials through surveys, analytics, and usage data, applying data‑driven improvements on an iterative basis.
  • Stay ahead of emerging eLearning trends, instructional design methodologies, and SaaS industry best practices to keep arenaflex’s learning ecosystem at the cutting edge.
  • Curate an industry‑leading scenario library that showcases real‑world applications of arenaflex’s platform, enabling customers to visualize and replicate success.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in instructional design, eLearning development, or a comparable role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and the local language of the target market.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms (Intellum, Skilljar, Tovuti, TalentLMS, etc.).
  • Agile Mindset: Demonstrated focus on delivering rapid value through iterative design and continuous feedback loops.
  • Passion for Learning: A genuine enthusiasm for staying current with SaaS trends and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

  • Advanced degree (M.Ed., MA, or Ph.D.) in Instructional Technology or related field.
  • Experience designing learning experiences for enterprise‑level SaaS products with global user bases.

  • Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPLP) or eLearning development (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert).
