Position Overview

This is a part‑time, associate‑level opportunity based in Indianapolis, Indiana, but fully remote. Key Responsibilities

  • Live‑Chat Interaction: Respond promptly to inbound member inquiries via the arenaflex chat platform, delivering courteous, clear, and solution‑focused communication.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Explain complex health‑insurance plans, benefits, coverage limits, and cost‑sharing details in plain language that members can easily understand.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems related to online portals, mobile apps, and self‑service tools, escalating issues when necessary.
