Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the arenaflex+ Business Operations and Planning team to align support activities with quarterly and annual strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation, FAQs, and escalation procedures to ensure seamless knowledge transfer across regions.
  • Analyze support metrics (response time, resolution rate, sentiment analysis) and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with regional arenaflex teams, Business Development, Finance, and Legal to address complex issues that require cross‑functional coordination.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses of performance drivers, identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities for proactive outreach.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of go‑to‑market campaigns, ensuring that social support aligns with promotional calendars and brand messaging.
