WHAT THE WORK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE You are the first voice our guests hear after they book. From the moment they pay their deposit to the moment they walk through our studio door, you're with them. You calm their nerves. You answer their questions. You hold the space between "I booked this in a moment of courage" and "I'm actually going to show up and do this." That space is everything. You'll do this across 10+ structured Zoom and phone calls a day with women who have already said yes by booking. You're not chasing cold leads or closing strangers. You're guiding warm, excited, sometimes nervous guests over the line, and making sure they're ready, committed, and prepaid before their shoot. This is the most human kind of sales work that exists. And there is a number attached to your week. Part of your job is money. THE PART MOST PEOPLE CAN'T DO You will ask a woman to pay £1,000. Sometimes £4,000. On the call. Out loud. And you'll do it without flinching, without apologising, and without softening it into a whisper. Not because you're pushy. You're the opposite of pushy. But because you genuinely believe in what she's about to experience, and you know that a woman who has committed her money is a woman who shows up and transforms. Protecting the payment is protecting her. Most lovely, empathetic people go quiet the moment money enters the conversation. If that's you, this isn't your role. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Day to day: Run 10+ structured Zoom and phone calls daily with booked guests Qualify every guest to ensure they can comfortably invest £1,000+ Collect prepayments on the call, up to £4,000+, calmly and confidently Protect show-rate by staying close to wobbling or quiet guests Manage your pipeline and follow up properly in our CRM Clean admin and handovers that make the whole team better WHO THIS IS FOR You've worked around high-value purchases of £1,000 or more. You are comfortable talking about money. You read people in seconds. You can talk about confidence, body image, ageing, and desire without flinching. You're self-sufficient. You hit targets because you want to, not because someone's watching. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR This is not a customer-service, guest-services, reception, or admin role. You've carried a number before. This is not high-volume cold telesales. We're not counting your dials. We care how you make a nervous woman feel safe enough to commit. If money conversations make you shrink, or you've never been responsible for a target or a payment, this won't be the one. And that's okay.
