Job overview and responsibilities Responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate and timely updates to catering data in United's systems and tools,utilized by business partners to cater flights systemwide. The Analyst – Catering Systems Administrator will be responsible for identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies to ensure data quality and integrity. They will also design and construct catering service packets and various codes within the system architecture to schedule services and ensure accurate payment to the catering network. Furthermore, this position will manage administrative functions related to systems set-up and maintenance, vendor access management, and other general corporate requirements. • Manage data entry for all menu specifications through United’s catering management system in a timely manner with required level of detail and accuracy to properly support the operations and ensure that all necessary data is being entered and maintained to support the needs of the business and the operations • Audit data quality, identify, report and correct errors and inconsistencies in data, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues • Resolution of technical issues with internal and external stakeholders (report and monitor resolution) • Regeneration of flights in the catering system, when required • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and support ad-hoc projects • Administer functions related to systems set-up and maintenance, vendor access management, and other general corporate requirements This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Qualifications

Required • Bachelor's degree • Hospitality, Business Administration or a similar discipline • 2+ years of previous experience with data entry and clerical work to support large teams and systems • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong data management skills • Analytical skills • Ability to effectively work remotely • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred • Business Administration or a similar discipline in Hospitality, Catering / Food Services or Airline Industry • Knowledge of airport operations • Continuous Improvement experience • Experience working with informational management systems (such as Oracle, CAE, Coupa, SAP, etc.) Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT Apply Job!
