The Opportunity

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. Position Overview

This is a fully remote, part-time position requiring 20-25 hours of work per week with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00. You'll be working directly with our customer base, providing support via various channels while helping optimize our service operations through effective communication and coordination with our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support Excellence

  • Multi-channel Communication: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all interactions align with arenaflex's service standards
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer requirements and determine the most effective solutions for their pool service needs, offering personalized recommendations
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and guide them through solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership
  • Follow-up Protocol: Systematically follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are completely resolved and they're satisfied with the service provided
  • Social Media Monitoring: Regularly review social media platforms for customer mentions and complaints, proactively reaching out to provide assistance and demonstrate arenaflex's commitment to customer satisfaction

Operational Coordination

  • Route Optimization: Oversee and coordinate technician scheduling and route planning to maximize efficiency and ensure timely service delivery
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed information in our customer relationship management system, documenting all interactions, technical issues, and resolutions
  • Product Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with technician teams to continuously improve service quality and customer experience
  • Service Promotion: Inform customers about new services, special offers, and value-added options that could enhance their pool maintenance experience

Quality Assurance

  • Issue Documentation: Thoroughly document product malfunctions and service challenges by testing different scenarios and gathering detailed information

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar customer-facing role, with proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively
