Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive, verify, and process customer orders via telephone, fax, or electronic submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex’s standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to inbound calls, averaging 11 calls per hour after the initial training period.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve routine and complex issues on the spot; when a challenge exceeds your authority, promptly involve a supervisor.
  • Active Listening: Demonstrate superior listening skills to fully understand both external and internal customer needs, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all interactions, orders, and resolutions in arenaflex’s integrated system.
  • Manual Order Entry: Efficiently input orders received via fax, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
  • Phone System Operation: Navigate the multi‑line phone system with confidence, routing calls and managing hold queues effectively.
  • Cross‑Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training for dispatch, administrative, and other departmental functions, expanding your skill set and versatility.

Essential Qualifications
