Our Customer Insight Center (CIC) is the analytical engine that transforms raw customer data into actionable insights. As a Remote Customer Support Analyst, you will be at the heart of this transformation, ensuring that data entry, product management, and analytics processes are executed with precision, security, and a relentless focus on customer privacy. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center’s product workflow, guaranteeing high‑quality, accurate data entry for internal stakeholders.
  • Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization framework, and process roadmap for the CIC, aligning cross‑functional teams on objectives and timelines.
  • Build and scale tools that meet the security and compliance requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer information, ensuring adherence to industry‑standard data protection protocols.
  • Identify, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in customer behavior analytics, data privacy, cybersecurity, and product innovation to uncover new opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with arenaflex Design, arenaflex Interface, arenaflex Data Stories, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver world‑class customer insight solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and data entry specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, product management, or customer analytics within a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting technical information to non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry best practices for information security.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably with exposure to large‑scale B2B/B2C platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and implementing accessibility‑compliant solutions (WCAG 2.2 AA) and assistive technologies.
  • Track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives that resulted in measurable improvements to customer satisfaction scores.
  • Certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPM) or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).

Compensation Overview
