Position Overview

The Regional EV Customer Success Manager is the trusted advisor for our Southeast and Central US customers. Working remotely with occasional on‑site visits, you will guide clients from onboarding through full adoption of arenaflex’s portfolio – including advanced telematics, smart charging stations, and strategic fleet electrification planning. You will partner closely with Account Executives, product specialists, and implementation teams to deliver a best‑in‑class experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Customer Liaison: Act as the single point of contact for post‑sale customers, providing advisory and consultative support to ensure smooth integration of arenaflex solutions.
  • End‑to‑End Journey Management: Own the customer lifecycle—from onboarding, training, and deployment to ongoing account management and renewal.
  • Data‑Driven Engagement: Leverage analytics and usage data to proactively identify adoption gaps, recommend optimizations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Feedback Loop Champion: Collect and synthesize customer feedback, translating insights into actionable enhancements across product, service, and support functions.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop deep, trusted relationships with fleet managers, sustainability officers, and other key stakeholders to understand business goals and align arenaflex offerings accordingly.
  • Solution Advocacy & Upsell: Demonstrate the business value of new features, conduct quarterly business reviews, and identify cross‑sell or upsell opportunities that increase customer ROI.
  • Contract & Billing Oversight: Manage renewal cycles, invoicing, and compliance to ensure seamless financial interactions and high renewal rates.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, meeting quality, productivity, and documentation standards.
  • Thought Leadership & Asset Creation: Contribute to the development of case studies, reference materials, and best‑practice playbooks that showcase customer success stories.
  • Territory Travel: Conduct periodic on‑site visits across Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky to strengthen relationships and assess implementation health.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 4 years in customer‑facing roles, preferably within software, charging solutions, or fleet management.
  • At least 4 years of experience implementing complex hardware/software solutions, with a strong focus on fleet telematics, management platforms, and EV electrification.
  • Minimum 2 years working with SaaS platforms and EV charging infrastructure, demonstrating a solid understanding of the electric‑vehicle ecosystem.
  • Proven project‑management track record, capable of leading multi‑disciplinary initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated customer relationships and drive measurable satisfaction outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Customer‑centric attitude, passion for helping clients succeed, and a strategic, problem‑solving orientation.

  • Experience serving dealer networks or commercial fleet customers in sales or service capacities.

  • Background in sustainability or environmental compliance initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering executive‑level briefings.
