Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated, detail‑oriented Remote First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic inbound call center team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for engineers, technicians, and field operators reporting property damage. Your primary responsibility is to capture accurate claim information, analyze supporting documentation, and provide outstanding service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Accurately record claim details into a customized, cloud‑based database, ensuring completeness and compliance with arenaflex standards.
  • Analyze photos, maps, and other visual evidence to assess the extent and location of damage, and enter findings into the system.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, confirming receipt of information and outlining next steps.
  • Collaborate with the underground‑damage detection team to report findings to locate‑companies when applicable.
  • Participate in special projects, process‑improvement initiatives, and training sessions as assigned.
  • Maintain a productive home‑office environment, adhering to arenaflex’s equipment and security guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed daily performance metrics, including talk time, not‑ready time, and service‑level targets, to qualify for incentive bonuses.

  • Level 2: $150 per pay period
  • Level 3: $205 per pay period

FNOL Incentive Program

Earn an additional $10 for each day you meet the established standards for talk time, not‑ready time, and service level. Incentive calculations are performed daily, with payouts issued on the 5th of the following month.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of inbound call‑center customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
