Position Overview

The Business Backing Tasks group at arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, self‑driven Customer Support Account Representative to join our remote team. This full‑time role focuses on partnering with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive execution excellence, streamline processes, and elevate the overall customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with CSAMs, channel partners, and internal cross‑functional teams—including Order Management, Integrated Operations, Record Receivable, and Customer Service Leaders—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Own the end‑to‑end Order Flow Process with partners, from order booking through shipment, guaranteeing that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.
  • Maintain and analyze post‑sale metrics, backend business health indicators, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead regular calls and order reviews with channel partners, providing clear insights, performance dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute process‑improvement initiatives that enhance both internal efficiencies and external customer experiences.
  • Develop and present data‑driven business cases to senior leadership, highlighting root‑cause analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s enterprise reporting tools to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that inform decision‑making across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during remote customer interactions, delivering professional, solution‑focused support that reflects arenaflex’s brand values.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously balance multiple, often competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines and delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer support, order management, or business operations within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex processes and delivering measurable improvements.

Compensation & Benefits
