Lockheed Martin is a leading aerospace and defense company, and they are seeking a Data Analyst Prin to support their AERO Finance & Business Operations Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Finance and Business Operations users, ensuring data accuracy and transforming it into actionable insights through modern digital tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Finance and Business Operations users
  • Ensure SAP, EDW, and LDW data are accurate, accessible, and reliable for business use
  • Transform data into actionable insights through the development and implementation of AI-enabled dashboards, workflows, and chatbots
  • Lead digital transformation and data-focused projects that support Finance and Business Operations objectives
  • Collaborate with technical support organizations to develop and maintain solutions that meet Lockheed Martin standards and requirements
  • Support, train, and mentor users on data tools, reporting capabilities, and digital solutions
  • Maintain and enhance financial forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making

Skills

  • Proven experience with SAP and enterprise data warehouse platforms (EDW/LDW)
  • Experience designing and delivering data centric solutions such as EDW queries, dashboards, AI prototypes, or automated workflows
  • Experience using communication skills to guide users from problem identification through resolution
  • Experience with AI/ML tools, financial forecasting, and visual analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Knowledge of EVMS, project leadership, and data governance practices in a defense contracting environment
