They are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to drive their hiring pipeline and uphold their reputation for excellence, managing the talent lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
Responsibilities
- Identify top-tier talent across job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment
- Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and facilitate background verifications
- Extend offers and assist in salary negotiations to close the best talent
- Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process
Skills
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED. THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR ENTIRE SHIFT
- Demonstrated success as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and modern recruitment strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong decision-making abilities and an eye for identifying 'star' talent
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized under pressure
- Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or specialized job boards
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to assist in JD creation and outreach
- Expert level in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and Slack/Zoom
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred
