[Remote] Partner Operations & Enablement Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leasecake is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps multi-location businesses manage their real estate. The Partner Operations & Enablement Manager will lead project management for customer implementations and develop the third-party implementation partner program to scale delivery alongside business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management for customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Develop and scale our third-party implementation partner program - recruiting, certifying, and supporting partners who deliver Leasecake implementations
- Own partner enablement content, leveraging AI-assisted tooling to produce training, certification, and operational materials at scale
- Partner with Sales, Customer Enablement, and our internal delivery team to deliver a coherent customer experience
- Shape the project management playbooks, partner standards, and quality metrics that scale with the business
- Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (data management, accounting, real estate, engineering) to deliver on commitments
- Drive on-time, on-quality delivery with clear status reporting and proactive risk management
- Manage scope, change requests, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new partner firms in coordination with Sales / Business Development
- Own partner certification, standards, and quality criteria
- Manage partner performance against SLAs and customer outcomes
- Lead partner-related customer escalations and continuous improvement
- Own partner enablement content, including training curriculum, certification materials, and operational documentation
- Leverage AI-assisted tooling to scale content production efficiently
- Maintain the partner-facing knowledge base and operational reference materials
- Contribute to customer-facing enablement content in coordination with Customer Enablement
- Partner with Customer Enablement on transitions from implementation to ongoing customer success
- Coordinate with Sales / Business Development on partner-sourced opportunities and joint go-to-market motion
- Provide structured feedback to Product on implementation and partner needs
- Serve as the interface to Engineering for technical implementation requirements and escalations
Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience, including significant time in project management and customer-facing implementation roles
- Experience managing complex SaaS or enterprise software implementations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Experience leading a partner channel program, vendor program, or structured third-party delivery model is a strong advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
- SaaS or technology-enabled environment experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent project management discipline; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to scope, timeline, and risk
- Strong vendor and partner management skills; comfortable holding external parties accountable to standards
- Proven ability to shape and operationalize frameworks such as playbooks, SOPs, certification programs, and quality criteria
- Strong analytical orientation; comfortable with project metrics, partner performance data, and operational dashboards
- Effective communicator with senior stakeholders, peers, partners, and project teams
- Comfortable with AI-assisted content tooling for scalable enablement production

- This is a remote position open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States
- We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas
- Additionally, candidates must be currently located within the U.S. to be considered for this role
- Experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, multi-location operations, or franchise/multi-unit business models is preferred but not required
