  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet

  • Own inventory planning, forecasting, and reconciliation across the business
  • Build demand planning models that align inventory investment to growth targets
  • Partner with Operations and Merchandising on purchasing decisions, lead times, and launch readiness

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and reporting integrity across systems
  • Own operational forecasting in partnership with Operations Team
  • Model staffing scenarios, capacity plans, and operational cost structures
  • Support budgeting and resource planning across operations, fulfillment, and production
  • Build reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility into operational performance
  • Identify cost efficiencies and drive cross-functional improvements
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with our outsourced accounting firm
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial close processes
  • Manage banking relationships, vendor payment terms, and cash management
  • Build internal financial controls and compliance infrastructure that scales with the business
  • Own and optimize the financial tech stack — accounting software and reporting tools
  • Oversee legal function including vendor contracts, IP, employment matters, etc
  • Manage outside counsel relationships and ensure the business is appropriately protected
  • Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks as the business grows
  • Own contract review and execution process across the organization
  • Provide financial and operational support across departments on an as-needed basis
  • Own cross-functional reporting cadences and executive-level dashboards
  • Support the CEO on ad hoc analysis, business planning, and strategic initiatives
