They are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join their North American team to drive growth in the asset management and investment industry by developing strategic client relationships and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business within a targeted territory of hedge funds, asset managers, wealth managers, and private equity firms
  • Learn to map Instinct’s capabilities to the high-pressure needs of Portfolio Managers, Investor Relations teams, Operations teams, and C-Suite executives
  • Manage the entire sales stack — from the first “cold” LinkedIn touch to complex technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) and final contract signatures
  • Collaborate with our Product and Consulting teams to scope custom integrations that solve real-world financial and reporting challenges
  • Maintain a “gold-standard” Salesforce pipeline to refine your outreach strategy and provide accurate forecasting
  • Represent Instinct at relevant fintech and investment industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings

Skills

  • 2 - 5+ Years in SaaS or Financial Services Sales
  • Experience selling into asset managers, hedge funds, private markets firms, wealth managers, fund administrators, custodians, or broader financial institutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a high-performance sales environment
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Savvy with LinkedIn, video outreach, and modern sales tools
  • Strong interest in financial markets and a desire to become a domain expert in investment technology and reporting workflows
  • Comfortable operating in an uncapped, high-accountability environment with a strong ownership mentality
  • Fluency in English
  • Spanish and other languages useful
