[Remote] Director of Marketing Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aligned Ventures is a high-growth multifamily investment firm focused on generating significant investor distributions. They are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to serve as a strategic integrator, responsible for optimizing marketing systems, launching campaigns, and managing operational analytics to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- You own the GoHighLevel (GHL) environment
- You are responsible for the architecture of our funnels, automated email/SMS nurtures, and CRM hygiene
- You take high-level creative direction and launch campaigns from A to Z across LinkedIn, Meta, and Email
- You use AI to repurpose core content into high-converting copy and assets
- You build and monitor dashboards to track CPA, Lead Quality, and Sales Rep productivity, providing the CEO with the data needed to make informed pivots
- You make recommendations as to the optimal direction
- You identify, hire, and manage specialized freelancers (video editors, designers, etc.) to ensure 10/10 quality and deadline adherence
- You conduct deep-dive research into investor psychology and competitor moves to ensure our messaging remains sharp and effective
Skills
- Experience in building, optimizing, or managing CRM workflows, automations, lead scoring systems, reporting dashboards, or marketing infrastructure hands-on
- Direct responsibility for KPIs and metrics in previous marketing roles, including actual campaign or funnel metrics tracked regularly
- Advanced use of AI in marketing workflows, reporting, automations, campaign execution, or operational processes
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) environment
- Experience launching campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Email
- Ability to conduct deep-dive research into investor psychology and competitor moves
