Customer Service Specialist - Fully Remote

Will be working 100% remote and must live in 1 of 4 locations: Tempe, AZ, Woodbridge, VA, Marlton, NJ, or Boca Raton, FL. A large Mortgage company is hiring fully remote Outbound Customer Service Reps to join the team... Responsibilities: • The Rep, Customer Service I handles customer service inquiries and problems. • Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily • Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department. Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED is required • Must be available to work any 8 hour shift between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am to 11pm EST, will be assigned a shift and potentially might have to work occasional half days on Saturdays down the line • 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required • Outbound dialing and collections experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection) • Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required) • Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience • *If Interested: Please apply to the job application!
