They are seeking a Dental DSO Operations Specialist who will advise partner practices, perform dental billing operations, and collaborate with the product team to enhance AI features.
Responsibilities
- Advising Partner Practices: Helping them solve their problems with our AI solutions and ensuring they are successful
- Performing Dental Billing Operations: Let AI do most of the work, fill in where it has issues
- Advising Our Product Team: Give our product team a wishlist of features that would make your life easier; they'll build them for you (ex: we have AI that can call insurance, wait on hold and speak to reps)
Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in Dental Billing
- Exceptional communication skills
