Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade software applications and platforms
- Serve as a senior technical contributor across complex development initiatives
- Partner with engineering leadership and product teams to deliver scalable business solutions
- Drive architecture discussions, system improvements, and modernization efforts
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to software engineers across the organization
- Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and development standards
- Support cloud-native application development and deployment strategies
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend long-term solutions
- Collaborate across teams to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in enterprise application development and integrations
- Experience working with backend or full-stack technologies
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Experience contributing to large-scale or distributed systems
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering and business teams
- Prior experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership
