Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) using real-world financial data and documents
- Create finance-specific prompts using structured and unstructured financial data such as financial statements, annual reports, equity research reports, investment memos, and audit reports
- Simulate real-world financial analysis scenarios and test and validate prompts across leading LLMs
- Evaluate model responses for financial accuracy and numerical correctness, logical reasoning and assumptions, compliance with accounting standards, and clarity for different stakeholders
- Develop 'Golden Responses' that serve as benchmarks for model training and evaluation
Skills
- 3–10 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Investment Analysis. Previous experience is important. Experience in Investment Banking, Equity Valuation, Private Equity Investing, Corporate Banking
- Strong understanding of: Financial statements and reporting, Corporate finance and valuation techniques (DCF, comparables, etc.), Financial modeling and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
