The role involves leveraging financial domain knowledge to analyze images and videos, crafting challenging finance questions that directly impact a technology-driven business project.
Responsibilities
- Review diverse financial content in image and video formats with precision and rigor
- Develop advanced, domain-specific questions that demand true finance expertise to solve
- Tag each task accurately by category and subcategory to ensure optimal routing to answering experts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain experts to uphold content accuracy and relevance
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform question creation and content tagging
- Continuously assess and optimize the quality and difficulty level of crafted questions based on expert feedback
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks throughout the annotation process
Skills
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and modern financial reporting tools
- Strong grounding in budgeting, accounting principles, and data analysis
- Experience with cost optimization and technology-driven business environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting detailed, high-level questions
- Demonstrated project and stakeholder management experience in consulting or financial roles
- Direct experience in finance-related annotation, assessment, or question generation
- Background working with regulatory compliance in global finance contexts
- Familiarity with expert-level crowdsourcing or remote expert consulting projects
