[Remote] Patient Experience, Senior Operations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Novocure is a company dedicated to extending the lives of patients with aggressive forms of cancer through innovative therapies. The Patient Experience Senior Operations Specialist will lead operational initiatives to enhance patient care delivery, manage documentation governance, and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational initiatives that support the Patient Experience organization and enhance patient care delivery
  • Manage documentation governance, including SOPs, operational resources, quality reviews, and audit readiness activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives to drive operational efficiency
  • Support optimization of Patient Experience systems and technologies, including workflow enhancements, testing, implementation, and user support
  • Analyze operational data and reporting to identify trends, support business decisions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support budgeting, contract administration, escalations, and other operational

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare, patient support, operations, medical device, or a related environment
  • Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, document management systems, and operational technologies
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 20%)
