Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Storm Search is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join their manufacturing team, working 100% remotely. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for skilled trades, production, and technical roles, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top-tier accounting, finance, and engineering talent through strategic use of job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, campus outreach, and industry-specific platforms
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, certifications (CPA, PE, etc.), and cultural fit through resume reviews, interviews, and skill assessments tailored to each discipline
  • Partner with hiring managers in finance and engineering departments to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and align talent acquisition strategies with business goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for accounting, finance, and engineering hires
  • Maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles, proactively engaging passive candidates in fields like audit, FP&A, cost accounting, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness, while continuously improving recruiting strategies using data insights
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws, including EEO, OFCCP, and immigration guidelines, especially when recruiting specialized engineering or finance professionals globally

  • Ability to review resumes and identify candidates who meet role requirements
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities at the same time
  • Professional, team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior recruiting experience in corporate, agency, staffing, or technical recruiting environments preferred
  • Experience recruiting for accounting, finance, engineering, or other professional roles is helpful
