[Remote] Volunteer: Recruitment Strategy for Key Roles
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Faisal Foundation is a global nonprofit dedicated to improving access to life-saving medical care for infants born with cleft and craniofacial conditions. They are seeking a volunteer with experience in recruiting and HR management to design a skills-based recruitment strategy for specific roles within their organization. The volunteer will help identify key skills, recommend candidate sources, and develop actionable outreach tactics to strengthen their recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Understand the role and our current recruitment approach
- Identify the most important skills and qualifications needed for success in the role
- Recommend 3-5 candidate sources or outreach channels that align with those skills
- Develop four clear, actionable outreach tactics to engage those candidates
- Outline simple ways to track responses and refine our approach over time
Skills
- Experience in recruiting, HR management, or talent strategy
- Ability to design a focused, skills-based recruitment strategy
- Understanding of the role and current recruitment approach
- Ability to identify important skills and qualifications needed for success in the role
- Ability to recommend candidate sources or outreach channels that align with identified skills
- Ability to develop clear, actionable outreach tactics to engage candidates
- Ability to outline ways to track responses and refine the recruitment approach over time
- Minimum time commitment of 30 days with flexible hours
