[Remote] Program Manager

Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc. is a leading technical solutions and consulting partner that has been providing high-quality IT services for over 25 years. They are seeking a Program Manager to develop and manage project plans for localization projects, coordinate with teams and vendors, and improve localization workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for localization projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all localization-related inquiries
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks
  • Analyze existing localization workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on localization trends and tools to implement best practices

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, communication)
  • 5+ years of experience in PM, preferably in localization or translation services
  • Strong understanding of localization processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • PMP or Related Certification
  • Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) and Localization (L10n) best practices
  • Experience with Machine Translation (MT) and post-editing
  • Knowledge of Azure, Data Center or Training related tech translation is a plus
  • Knowledge of AIGC/LLM translation is a plus
  • Cloud Products / documentation Loc PM experience is a big plus
