[Remote] Contract Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Project Manager on behalf of a fast-food restaurant franchise company. This role is responsible for coordinating and driving project execution across cross-functional and executive-level stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track multiple projects using Excel-based trackers and reporting tools
- Coordinate with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to gather project updates and required information
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are clearly documented and met
- Maintain and update detailed project tracking spreadsheets with accuracy and consistency
- Identify gaps, follow up on missing information, and proactively drive responses from stakeholders
- Facilitate clear and professional communication between leadership and operational teams
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays when necessary
- Support organizational alignment by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project status
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in organizing priorities and ensuring accountability across multiple initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in project management or project coordination required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Strong organizational and tracking abilities using spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically with senior leadership
