[Remote] Operations Analyst-II

Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advocate for operational needs during new product launches and advertiser onboarding rollouts
- Technical Troubleshooting: Lead end-to-end resolution of platform issues, managing technical investigations and stakeholder communications to ensure timely fixes
- Problem Diagnosis: Triage and troubleshoot complex campaign and platform hurdles by leveraging data analysis and internal diagnostic tools
- Tooling & Automation: Identify efficiency gaps and build internal tools or automated workflows to streamline manual processes and improve team productivity
- Sales and Advertiser Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and external advertiser inbounds, supporting campaign and platform-related issues to ensure teams are successful
- Operational Execution: Within a team, help support campaign management that includes setup, quality assurance (QA), and ad content moderation
Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in managing operations or strategic initiatives within high-growth environments
- Ability to collaborate and act as a bridge between diverse functions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding the 'why' and optimizing processes
- Ability to balance details with strategy, diving into specifics while identifying high-level trends
- Solution-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-paced settings and providing high quality of service
- Data-informed approach, using operational metrics to advocate for improvements
- Proficiency in Excel
