[Remote] SAP IBP Consultant / Architect
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quadric IT is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant / Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and will collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP IBP solution architecture, design, and implementation activities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutions
- Design and configure SAP IBP modules including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Define end-to-end planning processes and recommend best practices
- Drive integration design between SAP IBP and SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems
- Conduct workshops and solution discussions with business stakeholders
- Provide architecture guidance and technical leadership throughout project lifecycles
- Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative planning solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Skills
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP implementations and architecture
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP Supply Planning
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP Inventory Optimization
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP S&OP
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ERP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain optimization
- Experience with SAP CPI-DS, SDI, or other SAP integration technologies
- Strong understanding of SAP supply chain planning and execution processes
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and understand business requirements
- Experience conducting workshops, solution design sessions, and process assessments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead teams and provide architecture-level recommendations
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- SAP IBP Certification preferred
- Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
- Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or supply chain-intensive industries
