[Remote] Enterprise Project Manager (Remote, EMEA) - Wednesday-Sunday schedule

They are seeking an experienced Localization Project Manager to manage end-to-end delivery for Enterprise clients, overseeing translation projects and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage projects for all service types based on agreed-upon processes, ensuring they are delivered on time, with the expected level of quality, and within budget
• Provide a high level of support to clients and linguists on a project-level, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring smooth project execution
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Operate as the primary point of contact during weekend coverage (Saturday-Sunday), independently managing project execution and ensuring continuity of service
• Make timely, autonomous decisions to unblock deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum in the absence of broader team support

Skills

• Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule
• 5+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management
• Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity
• Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner. Capable of simplifying complex information
• Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands. Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail
• Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including proficiency in localization processes and technology
• Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success
