[Remote] Powtoon Producer - Videographer/Graphic Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a Powtoon Producer - Videographer/Graphic Designer to create high-quality multimedia messaging products. The role involves collaborating with the Design and Video Lead to ensure deliverables align with client goals and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creating, editing, and distributing timely, high‑quality multimedia messaging products across a wide range of focus areas—including operations, capabilities, training, recruiting, and resource acquisition—ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with mission needs
• Taking direction from and collaborating closely with the Design and Video Lead to ensure all deliverables align with client goals, maintain brand consistency, and meet deadlines
• Meeting operational requirements by developing video content using Next Generation Tools such as Powtoon, Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, Getty Images, and DVIDS, while continually adopting emerging tools and best practices
• Adjusting working hours as needed to support a dynamic Command environment—recognizing that mission‑critical deadlines may require extended hours, weekend or holiday support

Skills

• 3+ years planning multi-media presentations using PowerPoint or other tools
• 1+ years developing multi-media projects in Powtoon, or willingness to learn
• 3+ years collecting and understanding customer requirements
• 1+ years working in an agile environment and supporting operational requirements
• 3 to 5 years experience in Embedded Multimedia
• 3 to 5 years experience in Powtoon
• 3 to 5 years experience in Requirements Analysis
• 3 to 5 years experience in Agile Fundamentals
• Experience with Powtoon, or a strong willingness to learn the platform
• Ability to interact and collaborate directly with customers daily (Monday–Friday), with occasional weekend support as needed
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively across multiple workstreams and deliverables
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment where priorities can shift rapidly; adaptability is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Education or background in Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Videography, Marketing, Computer-Based Training, Adult Learning, User Adoption, or Product Adoption
