The Sales Manager will lead a team of National Account Managers to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships while executing sales strategies and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Executing sales strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring a team of sales professionals
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing key accounts
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Implementing sales processes and best practices
  • Collaboration with operations, supply chain, and regulatory teams
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Analyzing sales performance
  • Forecasting revenue
  • Holding team members accountable to KPI-driven goals

Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution industries
  • 3+ years of sales management experience within pharmaceutical sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, including generic drugs, vaccines, and injectables
  • Understanding of FDA regulations and drug supply chain standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and business development abilities
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
