[Remote] Senior Agent Product Manager - Germany

The Senior Agent Product Manager will own the AI Agent building process, collaborating with engineering and customers to design product features and define AI roadmaps, while driving real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with engineering to design a new product feature
- Writing and testing prompt logic for a specific customer use case
- Working with a customer’s executive team to define their AI roadmap
- Build, Design and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals
- Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand their business challenges and serve as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap
- Run tight feedback loops into Engineering — influence feature development based on real customer needs
- Represent Decagon externally — working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments
Skills
- Have 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder, etc.)
- Fluent in German with professional experience working and communicating in German-speaking environments
- Deep technical acumen — able to understand and shape AI agent designs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them
- A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree — or equivalent technical experience
