Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
