As a Data Maintenance & Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline guardian of data quality and the trusted point of contact for workshop customers seeking timely assistance. Role Overview

This is a permanent, part‑time position (25 hours per week) based on a fully remote model. You can work from anywhere in the Netherlands, Spain, France, or Italy, enjoying the flexibility to structure your day while staying closely connected to a vibrant, international team of more than 35 Data Specialists and Graphic Design Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Administration: Accurately log, validate, and transmit customer‑provided data into arenaflex’s enterprise systems, ensuring consistency and traceability.
  • Data Acquisition: Proactively engage workshop customers to gather missing information, clarify technical details, and retrieve documentation needed for service‑book updates.
  • Access Management: Create, configure, and maintain customer accounts, granting secure access to arenaflex’s online information portals.
  • Customer Support: Respond to inbound inquiries via email, providing clear, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance while adhering to service‑level agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Data Products unit to prioritize requests, share insights, and continuously improve data workflows.
  • Documentation: Contribute to internal knowledge bases, SOPs, and training materials to help scale best practices across the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • First‑hand experience interacting with customers, preferably in a technical or support environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort navigating web‑based applications.
  • Strong IT affinity – ability to learn new software tools quickly and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B1 level) with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken forms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, essential for maintaining high data quality standards.
