Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist – E-Commerce Flow Builder
We're a baking tools e-commerce brand looking for a Klaviyo expert to build out our core email flows from the ground up. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role — we need someone who can lead the strategy, develop the offers, write the copy, design the emails, and build everything directly in Klaviyo.
What You'll Do
You'll own the full build of the following flows: - Welcome Series — Introduce new subscribers to our brand, tell our story, and convert them into first-time buyers - Abandoned Cart/Checkout — Recover lost sales with a multi-step sequence using urgency, social proof, and the right incentive - Browse Abandonment — Re-engage high-intent visitors who browsed products but didn't add to cart - Post-Purchase / Thank You — Educate customers on their new tools, request reviews, and drive repeat purchases - Win-Back / Sunset — Re-engage lapsed customers and clean out unengaged subscribers For each flow, you're responsible for: - Strategy and customer journey mapping - Offer and incentive recommendations - Writing all copy (subject lines, preview text, body, CTAs) - Designing mobile-responsive, on-brand email templates in Klaviyo - Building and configuring the full flow (triggers, filters, splits, timing logic) - QA and testing before launch To Apply, Please Include: - A short intro about your e-commerce email experience - 2–3 examples of Klaviyo flows you've built (screenshots, Loom, or a brief case study) - At least one result you can share — open rates, revenue attributed, recovery rate, anything - Your availability and estimated timeline to complete the scope - Your rate (project-based preferred, but hourly is fine) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
