Position Overview: Remote Data Entry & Live Chat Specialist

arenaflex is actively seeking talented, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professionals to join our expanding remote team as Data Entry Specialists with Live Chat Support capabilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through live chat platforms to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer data across multiple internal systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency at all times.
  • Process and manage high volumes of customer surveys and feedback forms, capturing critical voice-of-customer data that informs business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Relationship Managers, and Subject Matter Experts, to understand functional requirements and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Design and develop robust data models and architectural frameworks to support optimal data processing, standardized metric definitions, and seamless analytical workflows.
  • Leverage big data technologies and tools to enable batch and real-time analytical solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through comprehensive testing protocols.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes, driving efficiency and improving overall data quality across the organization.
  • Support the design, programming, and continuous improvement of customer experience surveys deployed across multiple languages and international markets.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing system capabilities and optimizing computing programs within the big data ecosystem.
  • Conduct user story analysis, elaboration, and the design and development of software programs, testing protocols, and build automation tools.
  • Work closely with technology partners to prioritize, define, develop, and test data solutions for various use cases as part of the end-to-end voice-of-customer strategy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive customer information and proprietary business data.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in data-driven projects, with demonstrated proficiency in Hive, Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and Shell scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of big data ecosystems, including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python, with the ability to leverage these technologies for innovative solutions.
  • Proven experience in development, release management, and troubleshooting within complex data environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of iterative product delivery in small, incremental releases.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with customers through live chat channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and connection with distributed teams.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when faced with complex data challenges or customer concerns.
  • Experience working with survey platforms and customer feedback systems is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey management platforms.
  • Knowledge of voice-of-customer methodologies and customer experience best practices.
  • Background in designing and implementing data models for large-scale analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with international, multi-language survey deployment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and modern data warehousing concepts.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role that required both technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a significant plus, as our surveys are translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
