Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications—including phone calls, live chats, and email inquiries—delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance.
  • Provide product education and detailed explanations of arenaflex services, ensuring customers understand how to use our platforms and interpret results.
  • Investigate and resolve routine and complex customer requests by navigating multiple internal databases, laboratory information systems, and knowledge bases.
  • Document interactions meticulously in the CRM system, maintaining data integrity and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—clinical specialists, technical support, and billing—to coordinate resolutions and close loops efficiently.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback, escalating recurring issues to leadership and contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (highly desired) in a relevant field such as health sciences, business, or communications.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in a customer service or contact‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing.
