[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

MB America, Inc. is the US subsidiary of MB Crusher Italy, recognized globally for its hydraulic attachments in the demolition, earthmoving, and recycling industries. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to build customer relationships and drive sales through both inside support and potential outside strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize our CRM, cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Evaluate market trends and conditions to proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in the market
  • Identify prospect's needs, address objectives and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate interest in our products
  • Qualify leads based on company needs before passing them to sales reps
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Collaborate with sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets

Skills

  • Proven track record in sales with a strong history of closing deals
  • Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Limited travel (approximately 0% - 15%)
  • Work from home (WFH)
